Locked Module Workflow Notes

- If the RFA, KVM, or BCM is unlocked, the HW04-C supports standard key programming workflows on supported vehicles.
- If the RFA, KVM, or BCM is locked, the HW04-C can still support advanced key programming workflows without key programming tokens.
- If the job requires TCU programming, a token may be required.
- Tokens may also be used for certain RFA unlocking or telematics workflows.
- No key programming tokens are required for C-package key duplication workflows.
- This gives locksmiths a stronger path for handling restricted JLR jobs without defaulting to module replacement or turning the job away.
