RETURN POLICY:
ADL Return Policy
We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
Please take note of the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation if there are any issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in no compensation or replacement for the item(s).
- We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, we will only offer an exchange or store credit at our sole discretion.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be in the original packaging and placed inside another/additional shipping box or package.
- Returned items must be shipped in an additional shipping box or package and must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping with tracking.
- If a returned item is found to be in an unsellable condition that cannot be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so, we will return the item to you at your expense. No refund will be issued.
- RMA numbers expire 30 days after the date issued. If equipment is received after the RMA number expires, it may be refused. Returns without an RMA number may be refused/returned to the shipper at their expense.
- Please include your RMA number inside the package as well as written outside on the shipping label details.
Return Exclusions
- Brand New OEM keys cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.
- Software, tokens, and other digital activations are final sale.
- Special orders.
Return Fees
- All returned items will be inspected, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless otherwise noted.
- For brand-new OEM items that cannot be sold as "new" due to damage, opened packaging, or wear and tear, credit may be given at the refurbished price.

Refunds
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Generally, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount back to your credit card account. Please note that it might take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
