The "OEM Tango Only" variant is a previously used key, which currently can only be added in with the Tango programmer and accommodating emulator. Currently this is only for add key situations, not AKL. If you are unfamiliar with the tango programming process, it is becoming very popular.
This key is TLK1-locked and is designed to work only when used with a TLK1 emulator on supported Toyota vehicles. It is intended for all-keys-lost or locked immobilizer situations, allowing authorized technicians to add keys without replacing the ECU or immobilizer.
Refurbished OEM: a used OEM key which has been remanufactured and reset for re-use. All refurbished keys have original electronics, are unlocked and ready for programming. Refurbished keys could have new aftermarket shell/ case with or without logo if the original condition does not meet quality standard. Refurbished keys will also have a new uncut aftermarket blade, when needed.
